Jag är noga med att dina uppgifter hanteras säkert och bara används till det de behövs för. Här kan du läsa vad jag sparar, varför och hur länge.

Vad jag sparar och varför
När du bokar sparar jag ditt namn, e-post, telefonnummer, födelsedatum, vilken tid och piercing du vill ha och ditt meddelande. Jag behöver uppgifterna för att kunna hantera bokningen och kontakta dig, och födelsedatumet för att se om du behöver ha med dig en förälder eller vårdnadshavare. Utan dem kan jag tyvärr inte ta emot bokningen.
När du ställer en fråga via formuläret sparar jag ditt namn, din e-post och ditt meddelande, så att jag kan svara dig.
När du besöker sidan sparar webbhotellet tekniska uppgifter som IP-adress en kort tid, för att sidan ska fungera säkert.
Bokningar hanteras för att vi ska kunna genomföra det du har bokat (avtal). Frågor och teknisk information hanteras för att jag har ett berättigat intresse av att kunna svara dig och hålla sidan säker. Kvitton sparar jag eftersom bokföringslagen kräver det.
När du kommer till studion fyller du i en samtyckesblankett på papper, som kan innehålla uppgifter om din hälsa. Den hanteras med ditt samtycke och förvaras inlåst. Skriv därför gärna inga hälsouppgifter i formulären på hemsidan – sådant tar vi på plats.
Vem mer ser uppgifterna?
Jag säljer aldrig dina uppgifter. De lagras hos de tjänster som behövs för att sidan och bokningen ska fungera: e-post och kalender (Google), webbhotellet (Netlify) och tjänsten som skickar frågeformuläret till min e-post (Web3Forms). Galleriet med mina Instagram-inlägg och kartan hämtas från Instagram och OpenStreetMap, som då kan se din IP-adress.
Några av tjänsterna finns i USA. Uppgifterna skyddas då av EU:s regler för överföringar, som EU–US Data Privacy Framework eller EU:s standardavtal.
Hur länge sparas de?
Förfrågningar som inte blir av och avbokningar raderas efter 30 dagar. En bekräftad bokning – kalenderanteckningen och våra mejl – raderas 12 månader efter din tid, och annan mejlkontakt om bokningar 12 månader efter vår senaste kontakt. Frågor via formuläret raderas efter 6 månader. Raderingen sker automatiskt. Samtyckesblanketten på papper sparas i högst 1 år. Kvitton sparas i 7 år enligt bokföringslagen.
Cookies
Sidan använder inga cookies för statistik eller reklam. Den kommer bara ihåg vilket språk du har valt och vad du har i varukorgen, direkt i din webbläsare. Du kan rensa det när du vill i webbläsarens inställningar.
Dina rättigheter
Du kan när som helst be att få se vilka uppgifter jag har om dig, få dem rättade eller raderade, begränsa eller invända mot hur de används, eller få ut dem för att flytta dem någon annanstans. I take care to keep your details safe and only use them for what they're needed for. Here's what I save, why, and for how long.

What I save and why
When you book, I save your name, email, phone number, date of birth, the time and piercing you'd like, and your message. I need these to handle your booking and contact you, and your date of birth to see whether you need to bring a parent or guardian. Without them I unfortunately can't accept the booking.
When you ask a question through the form, I save your name, email and message so I can reply.
When you visit the site, the web host keeps technical details such as your IP address for a short time, to keep the site working securely.
Bookings are handled so we can carry out what you've booked (contract). Questions and technical details are handled because I have a legitimate interest in replying to you and keeping the site secure. I keep receipts because the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires it.
When you come to the studio, you fill in a paper consent form, which may include information about your health. It's handled with your consent and kept locked away. So please don't write health information in the forms on the website – we'll go through that in person.
Who else sees the details?
I never sell your details. They're stored with the services needed for the site and bookings to work: email and calendar (Google), the web host (Netlify) and the service that sends the question form to my email (Web3Forms). The gallery of my Instagram posts and the map are loaded from Instagram and OpenStreetMap, which can then see your IP address.
Some of these services are based in the USA. Your details are then protected by the EU's rules for transfers, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's standard contractual clauses.
How long are they kept?
Requests that don't go ahead and cancellations are deleted after 30 days. A confirmed booking – the calendar entry and our emails – is deleted 12 months after your appointment, and other email contact about bookings 12 months after our latest contact. Questions sent through the form are deleted after 6 months. This happens automatically. The paper consent form is kept for up to 1 year. Receipts are kept for 7 years, as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires.
Cookies
The site uses no cookies for statistics or advertising. It only remembers your chosen language and what's in your cart, directly in your browser. You can clear this whenever you like in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can always ask to see what details I hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, limit or object to how they're used, or get a copy to take elsewhere. Email me and I'll reply within a month. If you're not happy with how I handle your details, you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
